Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
• To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via sowndaryamcollections@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9514040120.
• Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

Return option is available only for damaged products. within 2–5 business days.

• You must provide a full unboxing video (without any cuts, edits, or pauses) as proof of damage.
• Returns without proper unboxing video evidence will not be accepted.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted for size-related issues.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed only after verification of the unboxing video and approval of the return.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for size issues, as we do not accept returns/exchanges for sizing.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Contact Us: Email or WhatsApp with order ID, full unboxing video, and description of the damage.
2. Approval: Our team will verify the claim and approve eligible returns.
3. Return Shipping: Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item is confirmed defective.
4. Refund: Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.

• Always record a full 360° unboxing video without cuts or pauses as proof in case of any damage.
• Shipping Charges: Tamil Nadu – ₹70 | Other States – ₹100 (up to 1kg)
• Accepted Payment Options: GPay, PhonePe, Paytm to 9514040120 or Bank Transfer (GST included).
• Bulk Orders: Eligible for wholesale pricing. Contact via message for details.
• Dispatch & Tracking: Orders are dispatched same day or next working day. Tracking details shared within 2 working days.
