Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be promptly informed.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We provide multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery. Customers can choose the preferred method during checkout based on their location and urgency.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

• Chennai: 1–2 business days
• Rest of Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
• Other States in India: 4–7 business days

Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Delivery Information

• Within Tamil Nadu: 3–4 working days after dispatch
• Outside Tamil Nadu: 7–8 working days maximum

Important Notes

• We kindly request you not to ask for early dispatch after placing your order, as we process orders in sequence.
• Once an order is placed successfully, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Charges

• Tamil Nadu: ₹70 (up to 1kg)
• Other States: ₹100 (up to 1kg)

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and weight. Free shipping may be available during special promotions. Additional charges may apply for remote or restricted service areas.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (with applicable taxes including GST)

Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, or incorrect address details. Customers will be updated via WhatsApp or email in such cases.

If your package appears lost or undelivered, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make 1–2 reattempts. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

We provide shipping in Singapore, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka. For international orders, please contact us directly for shipping charges and delivery timelines.

Currently, standard online checkout is available only for India. International delivery services are processed manually. Stay tuned via our website or social media channels for updates.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Important: Always take a 360° video while opening the parcel. If any damage is found, contact us with the video and photos within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation and product availability.
